This is one of our most labor-intensive meads — and it shows. Packed with bold flavor and real grit, it’s a mead we’re proud to put our name on. Infused with Hibiscus Roselle flowers, grown right here on our land and by the hard-working crew at Kaiwiki Food Forest and sever other small farms and homesteads on the island, this brew carries the strength of the soil and the sweat that went into growing it. We raise a glass to our farmers — your dedication to feeding this island doesn’t go unnoticed. You guys kill it!
 
This is our driest mead, with a crisp, clean edge and a deep hibiscus punch. It’s smooth going down, but don’t get too comfortable — the 18% ABV doesn’t ask permission.
 
We named our company after Kvasir, the wisest being of all. Born from a peace pact between gods, stolen by dwarves, stabbed, and drained of his blood. His blood was mixed with honey to preserve his wisdom — creating the Mead of Poetry, said to give power to gods, heroes, and anyone bold enough to drink it.
 
This bottle is a tribute — to hard work, to legends, and to the kind of drink that doesn’t mess around.
