Our Mead Maker Tomek learned the art of Mead making from his grandma in Poland when he was just about five years old. Tomek was born in Gniezno which lies in central western Poland. We would like to share a few photos of this beautiful town where the first written mead recipe was found.
Kvasir's Mead Farm
where we grow some of the ingredients for our Meads.
The farm has been cleared of invasive species and planted and cared for by us for almost a decade and we continue to steward the land to provide a healthy environment for all it's beautiful inhabitants.
