COCKTAILS

 


CAMPARI AND CAKE


Ingredients
• 2 ounces Campari
• 1 ounce club soda
• 1 1/2 ounces Kvasir’s Your mama made me cake mead
• Garnish: orange wheel

Steps

  1. Add the Campari, club soda, and mead to a highball glass with ice and stir gently to combine. 



  2. Garnish with an orange wheel. 


 


STRONG RICARDO


Ingredients
• 1 dash mezcal, to rinse
• 2 ounces reposado tequila

• 1 ounce Kvasir’s Strong Dick mead
• 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Garnish: lemon peel


Steps

  1. Rinse a rocks glass with the mezcal, coating the inside of the glass with a thin layer and then discarding the excess, and set aside.

  2. Add the tequila, mead and lemon juice into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.

  3. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice, and top with 2 dashes of bitters.

  4. Garnish with a lemon peel. 


 


ROSEMARY IS MY HONEY

Ingredients
• 1 lime wedge
• 1 rosemary sprig
• 1 ounce Kvasir’s Strong Dick mead
• 1 3/4 ounces vodka
• 1 1/4 ounces cranberry juice
• 4 dashes grapefruit bitters

Steps

  1. Muddle the lime wedge, rosemary sprig and mead in a shaker.

  2. Add the vodka, cranberry juice , bitters and ice, and shake until well-chilled.

  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.

  4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig. 


 


MEAD FASHIONED


Ingredients
• 2 oz bourbon or rye
1 oz Kvasir’s Dark horse mead
• 3 dashes of aromatic bitters

Steps

  1. Add rye/bourbon mead and bitters to ice and stir mixing all ingredients thoroughly.

THE DARK SIDE


Ingredients
• 1 1/2 ounces da
rk rum
• 1 oz Kvasir’s Dark horse mead
• half fresh squeezed lime

• 4 ounces of a quality ginger beer

Steps

  1. Add rum, mead, lime juice and ginger beer to a glass of ice.

  2. Stir to mix and Garnish with a lime wedge.
