The Whale's Song

The Whale’s Song is a special, limited edition blueberry-blue butterfly pea flower mead. The blueberries and blue butterfly pea flowers are grown on the Meadery property.

This is a very cool collaboration between Dr. Adam Pack, a humpback whale, Szymon and Kvasir's Meads. As part of his reseach, Adam recorded this male humpback whale singer in the ocean, and Szymon, a Poland-based musician and film composer, turned that raw, otherworldly sound into sheet music, gave it rhythm, and disappeared down the rabbit hole—emerging with a full-on rock song. Kvasir's Mead created a blueberry, blue butterfly pea flower mead to create this very cool collab between artists, scientists and makers.
 

Part of the proceeds from this limited-edition release will be donated to Dr. Pack’s Dolphin Institute.
